Exercises at home!
Hello people! How you doin? Hope ok cuz life is too short to be wasted away in a sad state! Ok I have a questions for you all: What about the gym ? Do you have time for it? Tired or whatever? Don’t want to show your awesomeness with the whole world ? What about your love? Don’t wanna display your sweet ass in front of all the boys at the gym? Yeah probably that’s a private view only for your tman at home:) Ok boys and girls, if the gym is not for you this week let’s see what you can do at home.
You know not every workout has to be on a treadmill or on the weights machine. If you have some regular weights at your crib it’s great, as you can do things like arm curls without leaving your place.
Here we have some home workout that is ideal if you don’t wanna go to the gym, or if you are away traveling or I don’t know, you tell me the reasons:). Follow this mini full body circuit that will hit every muscle group. Rest 1 minute between circuits.
This is one of the best plyometric exercises- it will increase your heart rate and put a burn to your legs. This is a easy exercise, that requires only balance and coordination. Still, it is more difficult than the standard lunge.
Wide Press Ups
If you want more burn on your chest than the standard press up provides that – the wider press up is a great option to. Moving your hands out to three or four inches wider than shoulder-width will turn out to be a greater muscular workout, as it is the result of the strain due to lack of leverage.
Towel Sliding Hamstring Curl
This is a great leg exercise to do at home, this will definitely work your glutes and even your abs. It can be done with both legs at the same time or one leg simultaneously. To ensure maximum intensity on the legs make sure your head, shoulders and arms are pinned to the ground.
In the end we have – The back extension exercise that stretches and strengthens your lower back. It’s the perfect complement to crunches to develop a strong, balanced midsection.
